How can I fix the problem of the insoles only helping the good foot, yet the bad foot hurts without them?
Asked 4 years ago
What can I do if I use insoles and it helps one foot (the good foot, which is now also starting to hurt) but makes the bad foot very sore? And if I don’t wear them it hurts my good foot but makes my bad foot feel slightly better. I suppose the solution would be to wear an insole for the good foot and not the bad, but that doesn’t sound a good idea because my feet wouldn’t be balanced? I hate this condition! Not being about to walk without pain, even for a short time, is frightening
