How do you test for Baxter's nerve entrapment?
Asked 3 years ago
Hi everyone, I think my dad may have baxter's nerve entrapment. I tried looking up the symprtoms and they're very similar. Is there any way we can test the theory before going to th doctor?

Not really.
You should allow a podiatrist or doctor to confirm the diagnosis of Baxter's nerve entrapment, as its symptoms are similar to many other causes of heel pain.
The doctor will combine imaging techniques using ultrasound or MRI, physical examination, and history taking to confirm the diagnosis.
