Should I rinse my feet off after an Epsom salt soak?

Asked 3 years ago

Evening all, I want to soak my feet in a footbath with some Epsom salt, and hopefully, it will bring some relief from this plantar fasciitis. Should I rinse my feet afterward?

It's always best to rinse your foot after an Epsom salt soak. Rinsing off the salt gets any excess salt off your skin, reducing the risk of dry and cracked skin. Alternatively, consider moisturizing the skin after the foot bath
