My work boots need improved shock absorbency to help with my metatarsalgia. Can I pair custom orthotics with work boots?

It is possible to pair custom orthotics with work boots. However, you may need to remove its insoles to accommodate the new orthotic device. This is not possible in all instances. Thus, you may have some difficulty putting your orthotic inserts into some work boot brands.
