Memory foam vs. orthotics material for my Plantar Fasciitis?
Asked 4 years ago
I read somewhere that material orthotics is bad for ball-of-foot pain. Now, I'm not really sure what the best insoles would be for me to wear. What should I consider in terms of softness, hardness, and other things?

I would personally go for memory foam while dealing with Plantar Fasciitis. With a memory foam mattress, it is known to give a sheer level of comfort in the feet, making it one of the best shoe inserts. It also gives good arch support to minimize the pressure from heels. Therefore, it is very effective in Plantar Fasciitis.
