What is the best way to follow through while golfing?
Asked 3 years ago
Hi guys! I am looking for techniques to use so that I can improve my sequence when I end off my golf swings. Which foot should my body weight be resting on in my finish position? Is there a position I should keep my spine in to prevent back injuries? Any tips would be appreciated, thanks.

When taking a swing, ensure you stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and rotated slightly outward. Keep your knees slightly bent, and as you swing, ensure you rotate properly through your hips and spine to prevent excessive strain on the back after your wing. Also, don't stay too far away from your ball to minimise the stress.
