How thick should Adidas Prime midsoles be for high arch support?
Asked 3 years ago
My son has a pair of Adidas Prime sneakers on his birthday wish list. I know that I should be looking for a pair of shoes for him that have high arch support because of his supination. How thick should Adidas Prime midsoles be for high arch support?

There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to insoles. The height of your insole will depend on the arch height. The higher the foot arch, the thicker the support needed. Before choosing a shoe, seek an expert opinion from your podiatrist, who will prepare your mind and give suggestions on how best to use it.
