How do I stop arch pain when exercising?
Asked 3 years ago
Good evening everyone. Whenever I work out, the inside of my arches start to ache. I do things like calve toners, lunges, squats, etc. Why is this happening, and how do I stop it?

The arch pain is probably traceable to your body mechanics, training habit, or exercise technique. Depending on the exact cause, ice, rest, NSAIDs, massage, arch strengthening exercises are all helpful. Stretching exercises, proper footwear and orthotics are also effective in dealing with the pain.
