Why are my insoles for arch support hurting my feet?
Asked 3 years ago
I am trying insoles to help correct my flat feet, but all they are doing at the moment is hurting my feet. Is this normal?

A new pair of insoles can take some time for your feet to adjust to. If you've given yourself several weeks and your insoles are still bothersome, there's a problem. Your insoles could be hurting your feet because they're the wrong arch height, too hard or too flexible, the unsuitable style for your footwear, or the arch location isn't working for your feet. Look for insoles with a variety of arch heights if you want to avoid hurting your feet. Consequently, have you tried custom made insoles- they fit and support your feet properly.
