Pads or insoles for Hammertoes?
Asked 2 years ago
Hey, I have been struggling with hammertoes for a while now and I am looking for some relief. I have heard that using pads or insoles can help alleviate the pain and discomfort associated with hammertoes. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with using these products and if they have found them to be effective, which is most effective? Thank you in advance for your help!

Pads and orthotics are well reported and documented to provide relief to symptoms you may be experiencing from hammertoes. The pads are placed under the forefoot to support the area and improve the toe separation, thus improving your overall comfort. Orthotics will support the entire foot with the added benefit of the forefoot support, known to alleviate pain or discomfort from this condition. While there is no cure for this condition, these two options may be of great benefit for you.
