What should I do if my insoles don't relieve the pain of flat feet with huge pronations?
Asked 4 years ago
Had persistent pain for a long time, got insoles that were supposed to help with the pain but I haven't noticed any change. Are certain insoles better than others? What should I do?

It can take 2-4 weeks to feel an improvement. Over-the-counter insoles are unlikely to help flat feet or pronation, and they could even cause more damage. Custom orthotics are designed specifically for your foot issues and should bring relief. If you don't feel results talk to an expert about adjusting or changing your insoles.
